A B2B SaaS with 12,000 daily active users. Their dashboard had grown organically over 4 years into an inconsistent maze of UI patterns. Task completion was at 54%, NPS at 22, and churn was climbing to 8.4% monthly. Power users were building workarounds.

The Solution

Six weeks of user research, journey mapping, and co-design sessions. We built a unified design system in Figma, then implemented it in React with full accessibility compliance. Navigation was restructured around job-to-be-done, not feature list. Every component was documented for the internal team to extend.
